What has been your best project so far and why?
A counter system for Hermannshöhe, because the cooperation is very appreciative and there has been a great deal of trust with the customer for many years. In the pharmacy sector, the Marien Apotheke was my best project, the cooperation and the positive and friendly way of dealing with the owner will remain in my memory.
What makes our workshop a place where people enjoy working?
The friendly cooperation, the short decision-making processes and the solution-oriented thinking of all employees.

The will to develop further in terms of equipment, employee qualifications, digitalization and technologies. The way we deal with each other and the focus on performance and quality.

Elisabeth Gericks

What has been your best project so far and why?
The public area of a hotel, furniture for perfumeries and a play area for a day care center in Essen.
What makes our workshop a place where people enjoy working?
Clear division of work areas, sufficient space, modern machines, order and cleanliness, collegial behavior and teamwork.

Good working atmosphere, appreciation of the work and interesting tasks.

Mattis Schwering

What has been your best project so far and why?
An outdoor area for a private customer with shower cladding and a roof. Because I was able to help a lot with various things and could also do something myself. And the end product looked very cool.
What makes our workshop a place where people enjoy working?
The combination of a good atmosphere, great employees and cool different work.

If you imagine the company in 5 years’ time: What needs to be preserved so that you still enjoy working here?

The special work that always challenges you and changes from week to week.

What has been your best project so far and why?
The swing doors for the Los Ponchos restaurant, as almost everything here was made of solid wood and very delicate parts were combined with the rather solid doors.
What makes our workshop a place where people enjoy working?
The friendly atmosphere, but also the quality standard, from which you can benefit greatly, especially as an apprentice.

If you imagine the company in 5 years’ time: What needs to be preserved so that you still enjoy working here?

The constant ambitions for further development (new machines, modifications to the company building, offers for employees) are something that must definitely be maintained.

What has been your best project so far and why?
My best project was fitting out a hallway for a yacht, including wall cladding, cupboards and furniture.

The environment, all employees are helpful and supportive wherever they can.

The involvement of the trainees and the helpful tips, as well as the working relationship between journeymen and trainees.

daycare centers because the furniture is beautiful to make.

Diverse and interesting assignments and a good working atmosphere.

The teamwork and the support among each other.

Phil Robers

What has been your best project so far and why?
The establishment of a tennis club in Münster. The solid oak counter, the sliding door system and a room divider with dovetail zinc plating were particularly special.
What makes our workshop a place where people enjoy working?
Working with the modern machines is fun because you can work very precisely and cleanly.

If you imagine the company in 5 years’ time: What needs to be preserved so that you still enjoy working here?

The good working atmosphere and team spirit are the most important things to me. If it stays that way, everything will be fine.

Jonas Hueske

What has been your best project so far and why?
Hotel rooms for the Landhotel Hermannshöhe. A particular highlight was the bed back panels, into which a dahlia pattern was milled.
What makes our workshop a place where people enjoy working?
A relaxed and collegial atmosphere in which people like to crack jokes .

Flat hierarchies and constant exchange among all employees.

Public area of a hotel where teamwork was required and many components fitted together with millimeter precision in the end.

Christian Stephany

What has been your best project so far and why?
There were three projects that I particularly liked, including converting the entrance area of our company, converting the outdoor area of a private customer with solid wood and an individual counter system for a private customer .

My colleagues and how the company is set up, especially the machines.

The team spirit among colleagues and the boss.

The Brunnen Apotheke, where I received the greatest appreciation from a customer.

I look from day to day, week to week and year to year.

FAQ

The most frequently asked questions about employees

95% of our Mondays are day Mondays without an overnight stay. If an assembly does take place with an overnight stay, you are always back home for the weekend. All our employees are given a single room on our assembly days.
We work with machines from German manufacturers such as Homag, Martin, Altendorf or Heesemann, the machines are serviced regularly (at least once a year) to achieve a high level of reliability.
Each employee has their own fully equipped toolbox and can put together the tools they work best with. Furthermore, each employee has their own workstation which is set up in such a way that they can work optimally.
Overtime is all recorded in an overtime account and can be paid out or taken in lieu. Vacation can be taken flexibly and sometimes spontaneously after consultation.

From thought to realization: sketch, floor plan or idea - we turn it into a viable concept.
