Skybar

We manufactured and installed the exclusive Skybar on the thirteenth floor of the Atlantic Hotel in Heidelberg. The bar was designed by the Brumann Innenraumkonzepte project office.

Challenge and construction

The room height of over six meters posed a particular technical challenge. A steel shelf had to be securely suspended from this height, into which we integrated a mirrored ceiling.

Design and materials

The bar itself is characterized by a round cladding. Solid oak panels were used for this, which were slotted, dyed black and varnished. An exclusive natural stone serves as the presentation surface.

Technology integration

The entire bar, serving and cooling technology is based on state-of-the-art components. These were precisely connected to the furniture components and joined together to form a functional and aesthetically pleasing overall system.

Result

Despite its complexity, this challenging project was completed on time and to the complete satisfaction of the hotel and all project partners involved.
